Lovely apartment and fantastic location..easy to check in and out and was clean and tidy. ||Kitchen was a little limited in cooking utensils but enough to cook a basic meal if you needed to.||Bed was comfortable and staff were helpful and welcoming.

We got robbed. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 2 weeks. On the Sunday I while we were out someone broke into the apartment (with a key according to forensic police) and stole around $5000 worth of stuff. Matthew Driessen has been unreachable and has failed to cooperate with police so far (over 1 week). Multiple attempts to contact some form of management have been unsuccessful. Besides this, only half the appliances work. The rooms are dirty and there were spots of blood on our sheets!

Good quality apartment, close to South Bank, Easy parking under the building. Our family enjoyed the pool and found the apartment to be clean and tidy. We would recommend this property to our friends anytime.

Overall was good. I love the good and clear view I had. Room has enough facilities for me to use. However, there are things to point out: 1/ The bed was too easy to slide off 2/ Bathroom furniture has cracks 3/ The bathroom toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, and soap) are only supplied one, which is not enough during my stay. I had to go out to buy other bottle 4/ Too many bedsheets, which is unnecessary and they tend to get mess up easily

We booked a room for 1 night. The lady I spoke to In regards to booking the room was trying to make me pay the most possible for the room. we went from $680 down to $460 for the night even though it stated online there was a room for $445. I was Confused and thought a car parking space may have something to do with it. Didn’t realise that this is something that was done in Australia.. then on going to bed at night I pulled back the sheets to find it covered in mould. Being late at night I didn’t bother with the emergency contact number and removed the sheet from the bed. We checked out early so were unable to speak to anyone about this issue even though there was a staff member there upon dropping the keys into the box she did not want to talk to me about it. I have not had follow up from the survey I have completed and even though this was a good location and good room layout the service and mouldy sheets is not something I expected in this day and age. Will not be recommending this hotel. And I wish I had of read the reviews before booking!

This is our 4th time staying at this property. Our first 3 stays were all 5 star experiences. We booked a 2 bedroom deluxe apartment that would sleep 5. We arrived to find 2 double beds. We had to request a roll out bed to be sent to our room. This apartment that was meant to accommodate 5 people had the following. The lounge was a 2 seater Dining table was big enough for 2 people. Outside table was 3 seats Barely enough cutlery for 5 people to eat. TV was scratched Lounge was in need of replacement Pool was very cloudy. One morning hot water was lost. No big deal if there had been any communication but there wasn't. Apartment was dirty and run down. Emailed Matthew the general manager on second day of our stay the 9th January. He replied he would call the next day. I'm still waiting for that call. Overall a terrible experience and won't be back again. I look forward to the generic reply from Matthew.
